It was an amazing time the entire weekend. Atmosphere was amazing and so were the cars. Bought two T-shirts and used both simulators and met some cool people. Pleasure seeing the Porsche's in person. Thank you to everyone that worked there this weekend, ya'll were exhausted but still so kind. 10/10 experience. Cant wait to edit the footage I have.

Adam, at 15:25, that car is light green metallic. It was only available from 1978 to 1980. One of my favorite 911 colors. (I am biased though, as I have an SC coupe in that color.)

Color is a big factor in Porsche value. I would go custom color touring and forget the RS. Car will be worth more if you hold on to it and probably easier to trade if its a rare color. I just feel like you have so many "show off cars" it would be cool to keep the Porsche game tight and classy.

Don't know anything thing about you except you like Porsche's. -The answer to your question about which car to order is below. -The Porsche that has the less things yelling at you when you are driving is the one to buy. -The problem with new cars they have so much extra crap in/on them. All of the sensors that try to keep you safe like the ...beep, beep, beep, beep when you get too close to another car (at least the electronic think you are too close). This DISTURBS my mind and natural driving reactions. I drive rental cars when my wife and I travel and I HATE THE FK OUT OF ALL THE SENSORS!!!!!!! I know how to drive and DON'T NEED some electrical wire telling me how to do it...Fk that. YES this is a soar/sensitive issues with me. Google Lufgekuhlt and see what you were thinking about doing; they have already done it. The Naval Shipyard got about 11,000 visitors! -The old ’67 Porsche is old but brand spanking hot new. Chris the guy that built car, really, really, loves the car. Those extra loves is something that not many people have for their cars. It comes from either making a lot of custom changes on it by the owner or farmed out to someone who loves the craft of making beautiful changes. The guy is also very articulate and explains all the details clearly and with passion. -I like how he modified the angle of the front oil cooler and followed through with the pipes in the frunk. -Rothsport 3.5L. I haven’t heard of that but I know Jeff (owner) does killer work on Porsches and his love of everything Porsche car radiates out of him. He lives down the street from me if you consider I-5 a street and down the street 4-5 yourds that is. He set up my car for hill climb racing (WWW.Northwest Hillclimb Association - Hillclimb Racing Series) that is done on a blocked off asphalt road in the mountains. Awesome vid as usual, i think grab the allocation for the new 992.2 Touring Manual, it will be something that you will use more often and more daily driven, the new suspension review they have done from the ST apparently is amazing and the new seats and interior is the way to go, as much as the RS is also a weapon it really needs to be used on track to be appreciated and thats maybe not always possible with how busy you are, go the full PTS 992.2 Touring Manual and be one of the first to get one.

Whatever porsche you will get more use out of is the right choice. When you have a shed overflowing with tools, it is easiest to add when they are tools for jobs. Would the RS get you out on track more? Or would it only get driven a few times because of its focused nature? The Tourings can be used more on the street and are plenty sufficient for the track.

I vote go 992.2 Touring straight away. Getting a 992.1 3RS with CXX would be a lot of money which you'll surely get it back but I'm not sure it's worth delaying the 992.2 for. Just get the new one, with the leichtbau package and a manual and you won't be missing out on anything, especially knowing how much you love your current Touring!

I’d suggest going for the Touring. The way you talk about that car and how much you love driving it makes it the perfect choice. While the GT3 RS is undeniably cool, what truly matters is the feeling you get behind the wheel. Since the Touring is "your favorite car of all time," I think it’s the way to go-and you might regret it if you don’t.

The 992.2 Touring is definitely the way to go. They've given it a lot of parts from the S/T too, pretty much a baby S/T. The 3RS is still sick, but it's like a dedicated track toy.

As you race in various FD formats etc I'd go for the GT3 Touring. You can now get the ST Tech upgrade on the 992.1 from Litchfield here in the UK. Not sure if someone in the US does it or not. Surprised that you haven't been offered an 992ST tbh. Anyway the 964 looks Mint (excuse the pun). I'd have the GT3 Touring allday long over a GT3RS.

Honestly, this Event should just become a permanent attraction somewhere. Think about how many dead malls there are out there that could be saved. It wouldn't necessarily have to be something of this caliber/exclusive high end like a Porsche specific thing, rather an overall automotive & lifestyle theme I guess. You could have different wings for whatever automotive sub culture. Someone get the ear of a really wealthy investment dude and make this happen. A combination mall & museum & general destination spot for car people would be killer.
