You need to check your caster and make sure it’s in spec or actually helping you. That’s what helps with steering wheel return.

Caster is what affects self steer adam. If you want more self steer, just increase the caster angle in the alignment. 4.0 is optimal. S13 has 6.5, toyota usually has around 2.5

If you want it to self steer a bit more, you can increase your caster angle (more like harly and less like a stilt) and that will increase your self steer. That is if you have adjustable caster (might have to use shims if not adjustable)
