A jump like Minami isn’t as hard on the cars because there’s a bit of a natural downside that the cars hit and ease into. This is a straight jump off of something. The impact is harsh. I sense a lot of broken cars on the challenge matches. lol

The jump might be better by taking half of the lip and flipping it 180 degrees. That way it’s more of a pyramid which might allow for a softer landing? No tandem entries but it might save cars from crumpling.

I wanted to say similar think - I know, that this is a hell of fab work and logistic but ramp should be more like an island with one peak in the middle. Landing side and minium a flank 90deg to the initiation point should be sloped...I have a feeling that noone beside Adam likes that :P

I have mixed emotions about the jump, it's a rad piece of fab, but I feel a lot of people are going to want to see competitive drifting, and that jump might make that difficult, not to mention if the other drivers are down for the ramp. I feel some damage coming on lol.

I could see it happening tbh, more power doesn't always mean more faster. Our cars run crazy boost on the streets and we always turn them WAY down for any track use and they're usually faster than with more power. You just end up going way too fast down the straights and cook your brakes trying to slow down, and then your brakes aren't as effective for the next couple turns, and you're likely overdriving the corner as well because the car is so much faster, which kills your tires, and you're heatsoaking the engine much faster, which reduces response. Less is more sometimes.

The ramp is cool, but I kinda feel like it's too much and will just break everyone's cars. I mean, the E36 is a bulletproof beast with a sequential dogbox and a Winters diff and it died to the ramp. Also, I'm glad you didn't push the Evo in that trash weather, it wasn't meant to be, you had a boost leak and the weather said no, next time you'll be better prepared with a fully working monster on a cool, dry day and you'll annihilate that 1:10. Plus, hopefully Collete will be there as well with her car so we can see a direct comparison, because I get the feeling there won't be that big a difference in your times.

Omg I was at the Firm on Saturday! I wish u were able to come out then... thankfully the weather was ideal! But yeah I mean everything happens for a reason...good thing u caught the hissing to fix the turbo before anything bad would've happened...at least you tested it on the track before really pushing it...but ummm yeah 1 thing I learned from the Firm is brakes definitely need to be upgraded cuz cheese man lol, gawd ZAMN brake fade was scary LOL, smelled it the second I got out the car to let em cool down 😅 but yeah anyways 😂
