The Bootstrap - because even tough neither boots nor straps are involved this move impressively exemplifies the conpect of bootstrapping which usually refers to a self-starting process that is supposed to continue or grow without external input. - In this case no next hold is reachable so like in the saying Adam "pulled himself up by his own bootstraps" and does something impossible by lifting himself up via his own heel)

I call it how I see it...heel hook extension to sissy pistol squat transition with other single leg/ foot smear mini hops/stutter upward steps. You need to practice not only pistol squats but also sissy squats where your knee and hip flexibility and active flexibility muscles which you don't use often and need dedicated training to be able to lift your whole body without breaking a tendon or popping a socket requires a lot of unique training one would expect from Adam...
