Hello mate, really good Q&A, liked your comments about how to fighting and how to avoid it. A question I had was do you train in any boxing/martial arts? It would be great to see some training videos of it if you do (over in Bali and Thai there are some great boxing/MMA gyms). I find having at least some knowledge of how to defend yourself really helps project confidence, and since learning boxing, I've found people tend to leave me alone whereas I used to be an easy target (short and skinny). Never thought about warming up as a motivation to workout. Makes sense and must give myself 10-25 mins. One comment about multi vitamins are a waste of time and money, better to target where you may be deficient or if you have poor diet. You are quite young and look very fit, so can't imagine you need much. I'm in my late 50s and I need more of a boost.

Interested to hear your responses and views. Certainly the initial one on the pig touched on a subject that too many will shy away from. Personally I have fished many times for my supper and have no problems with it, or boiling a mussel in it's shell or cooking a prawn! I recall as a youngster watching a program called 'Tomorrow's World' where the presenter explained in one demonstration that she had a cabbage wired up to many sensors and some form of oscilloscope, she would show the equivalent of 'an electronic scream' as all the cells were boiled. I was 12 at the time - quite traumatised. But plant cells are the same as us - they respire taking in oxygen and giving out carbon dioxide. I remind my students when they eat their vegetables! On the haters part I certainly noticed that after I commented on an insta post, someone made an inappropriate remark afterwards and was very pleased to see that either they removed it or your took the comment down. Just no need. Great stuff and thoroughly enjoyed.
