Jeris Hair Tonic Review

Nice explanation of what hair tonics are for in general. My all time fave is made by clubman but not that easy to find. Eau de Portugal. It is clear like water and is the best scalp stimulator I’ve used. It has a kind of orange/gin & tonic scent. Great stuff.

I use that stuff pretty much twenty four seven. I prefer to use it alone. I use it much more often than I do with pomades, because my hair looks weird when i apply pomades most of the time. I dont comb my hair with Jerris Hair Tonic - I brush it using a paddle brush. It's also best if you pour the product in an empty spray bottle. Then spray it a few times on your hair, and then rub it into your scalp with your hands. It works better if you do that because it gets through your hair more evenly. Quick edit: if you want a little hold when using this stuff, spray the front of your hair a couple times lightly with hair spray in order to make sure your hair does not fall down on your face.

I have a buzz cut. No styling to worry about. I’m thinking about using a tonic to help my scalp. Is this good for that, or do I not need to bother with tonic?

Tonics are for the scalp more than anything

Smells like skin bracer after shave

Seems skin bracer by Mennen disappeared off the store shelves these days, don't see it any longer along with in store spice aftershave. A lot of products from the old school time have gone by the wayside and are no longer available any longer.
