Let me educate you guys the first thing you need to observe in Nigeria, each time Nigeria borrows money they borrow money with crude oil there is no money that has been given to Nigeria without it's been signed to crude oil world Bank Swiss bank China and the rest of them Nigeria asked to supply crude oil to all these people before the get loans and sometimes they have not even supplied those they are still owing yet they keep borrowing and the whole lot of supplies to so many countries and institutions that they borrowed money from now that has a refinery you can't even get oil because the demands of dangote is higher how would nnpc meet the requirements of those that the kalbas are borrowing money from? Meet the demands of dangote? There's a lot more than I can explain
