Hi, I'm an American homebrewer and I've tried making this twice. I really love the taste of the Tella but I feel I might be doing it wrong. What were the different grains and flours being used to make the bread?

For the bread itself, she is using finger millet(dagusa), dark teff ( tiqur teff), maize (beqolo), barley( gebs) and sorghum (mashela). She also stated you don’t have to have all, you can use 2, 3,4 or all types of flours. Hope this is helpful.
