Great video Peter. This is something I’ve been thinking of doing for a long time. Very clear understanding of each adaptation.

Stumbled across this. Quite the education. Surprised that there are no comments so thought I would leave one to thank you for showing us around. I had no idea about adaptions for cars. So impressed with what can be achieved.

Hi Keith, Thank you for your kind comments. It is a very niche area I teach in and there are very few of us who have adapted cars in the country, so I quite often have clients come to me saying I never knew you existed. Most people not surprising only have an interest in adaptations when their health changes and they need them to retain their independence, unfortunately many just Google adaptations and order then without actually thinking things all the way through. I hope to be producing a couple of videos about the work “Disabled Care & Mobility” do the adaptations company who adapted my Kia eNiro and the Vassal Mobility Centre in Bristol, who I work closely with, as well as video of me driving the car on the road using them.

Hello Peter. I know a disabled driver who use's the lollipop controller. The functionality of it stopped so she asked me for help, after speaking to her, the only difference was a red light on the unit. We both thought low battery so replaced them. The red light is out but we can't pair it to th car. Method used was Ignition off, press and hold the 2 required button's for 10 seconds, while holding turn ignition on, wait for the lollipop to confirm pairing and release the 2 button's. We have tried this numerous times without any luck. Can u help, are we doing anything wrong. Ty in advance
