Hi Dr zakra I have a doubt as they made few changes in ADC website regarding initial assessment document submission where they have mentioned we are no longer required to submit Professional reference, work history and clinical and theoretical hours so should I not submit them. Because in initial assessment form which you have mentioned in this video they have not made any changes. I will be happy if you clear my doubt.

If I have not been practising for the past 5 years, should I still have to submit reference letters from tutors/seniors attesting to my competence and good standing as a dental practitioner or will just a letter stating why I have not been practising be enough? But what if a dentist want registration plus skills assessment for visa purpose? ADC has written that it Doesn't conduct skill assessment for other dental practitioners. Does it mean that ADC can conduct assessment for dentists but not others?

Hi Does course length ( time taken to complete course) in section F mean 4 years plus 1 year internship or just 4 years? As next question asks for internship duration.

1.I have one dentist who I worked under as a dentist in India and I'm also working under another dentist as a dental assistant. I'm thinking of both of them to give me recommendation. Are they right people to get recommendation from?? 2. U also mentioned certified photographs at the start, is it a plain passport size formal photo or shud it be signed by someone?? 3. I don't have any transcripts of total timings of my course except my internship. Is it necessary or shud I contact my college for getting this..?
