This is amazing Rache! Are we able to customize the look of the form with CSS for Squarespace?
@Squarestylist Жыл бұрын
Hi Helen! Since the form is embedded as - it cannot be styles via Squarespace CSS. The customizations should be within the Tally software. Tally offers custom CSS option in their paid plan. In the free plan, we may only change selected colors and fonts.

This is amazing, thank you Rach! Just the solution I was looking for 🙂 I think you said the form could be embedded in Notion? This would be a game changer!

I'm so glad. Yes we may embed Tally Forms in notion. Simply paste the (tally .so / link-here) link to Notion.

Hey Rachel, this is pretty helpful. Thanks. Do you know if the Tally watermark disappears on the live website? or do I have to have a paid plan for that?
@Squarestylist7 ай бұрын
you're welcome! Yes the paid plan is required if you wish to remove the Tally branding.

Very helpful. Thank you. Is there a bulk download option for photo and video submissions? Should I integrate my google drive so the files are transferred where they can be easily accessed and downloaded?

Glad it's helpful! Indeed, you may set-up automations. I haven't setup a similar one but Tally has great integrations.

Hello, great video where can I get the code for Squarespace?
@Squarestylist Жыл бұрын
Hi there! The same set of code can be added to squarespace.

Hi, this is really helpful thank you! But I came to your page looking for how to upload a form into a Squarespace page because I need to add it to the custom form on my checkout page. I can't see how I would embed the code from my Tally form there; there's no option for it on the store checkout. There is the option of adding a custom form after a sale, which has a 'file upload' field option, but that doesn't work. :( any thoughts on how to fix this? I need my customers to upload a file as I run a copyediting service business :) Many thanks!

Hi there! This doesn't work inside product forms. But another option would be to redirect them to the form after purchase.

@squarestylist thank you, that sounds like a great work around. Would that be like a post-sale redirect to a url (web page) with the custom form embedded?

Can this form be added to the pop up window or Custom form field that shows up after a customer hits "Add to Cart"? Can it be made a requirement? Thank you in advance!

unfortunately this cannot be added to product forms. For now, I recommend prompting customers to paste the google drive or dropbox link to files if files are needed for their orders. But Squarespace might be working on a native form upload feature; and hopefully, it works with product forms.

I've been searching around for taking this an extra step but have not had any luck. I am looking to sell customized products and would need uploaded pictures to be associated with the product they chose. I've managed to enter a form that takes a customers photo when they've added it to the cart but I don't receive any helpful information with the photo when its uploaded. I am beginning to think that I am trying to make this really complicated and should make a compromise somewhere. Do you have any advice?

Hi! Adding a form specific to a product block isn't possible even with 3rd party forms like Tally. An option would be to use the built-in product form and ask customers to provide google drive or dropbox link to the image.
