Add a NeoPixel Light Strip to a CircuitPlayground

Note that later versions of CircuitPython seem to be finicky with full power NeoPixel strips (eg full brightness with most lights on). I’ve noticed crash, have advised my students to run at the still very bright 0.5 brightness setting, and no one has had problems since.

Checked and am getting 4.95v from the VOUT position, tried various other signal/ground/power positions with no luck. Commented out the line to light the pixels on the board and the lightstrip will work! But will not work to light board pixels and strip.

Try lowering brightness to 0.5. That may be it. An update to CircuitPython for some reason makes full power all lights sensitive. Noticed mine were freezing at full lights.
