Now i need to find a way to do it in blender since the multires is getting a revamp and there is no sculpt level option at the moment. But to my shame until now i have never left the symmetry of a model, what a waste.

3DArtGuy have you tried the lattice modifier

Blender can't do symmetry right like you wouldn't notice the mesh being a bit deformed

i download ZBrush but they asked me for a license and i dont know what to use the program . can you post a video abouy how to get license in Zbrush ؟
