Hi Peter - your videos have been tremendously educational! Thank you for making such awesome and intuitive tutorials. Is there a way to see all of the mountings, heads, etc. included in the BlenderGemsLibrary before purchasing?

So are the different rings and stuff in the asset file already in there when you load it or is that something you had to load into the asset file? Same as the gem file. When I downloaded it only one gem was in the file and I've seen where others have different cut gems.

So when you go to the bails folder and click it and it brings up all the sub folders is that already there when you download jewelcraft or did you have to design all of the items and load it into jewelcraft?

Hi Peter, I cannot get the updated BlenderGems file as I had purchased literally right after you mentioned it was available well before the site was created. How do I go about getting the updated version. I have the Kit opps link ready and was about to update to the newest Blender but since the asset manager issues shown in your videos, am waiting for your update while catching up on your newer videos. I even set up and attempt to contact you via facebook but its not working either. Please let me know. Thanks

The only ones showing up are the blender objects folder, I can see all the other files but I can’t load them.

How do you get the images and names to show. I don’t get any images. Should I uninstall and start over?

With Jewelcraft you will only get file names. If the names do not show, expand the size of the tab. This will show more information

where do you download the actual BlenderGemsLibrary folder from? I can't find it in the jewel craft add-on... thx
