They did not send me a t-shirt! But the product works. The back cover of the center console comes off so I took mine inside and sat in my kitchen to cut the hole for the outlet.

The inverter probably won’t last long running all the time. Most electrical devices are not designed for continuous duty. Just because the made the proper jumpers to make it work, doesn’t mean that it will not over heat and shorten the life of the inverter. It’s a cool idea . We will see about the reliability factor.

I don't know. I think if toyota wanted it to put out 400 watts constantly. They would have made it that way. I think you are askin for an electrical fire.

Toyota is also smart enough to install fuses that blow before any fire could be started.
