Is the game in an archive, or is it zipped? PSP games have to be ".iso" if it says .7zip or .rar or anything else it'll have to be extracted.

You are likely missing the base.pbp file. Some downloads don't come with it. Try and source the files from somewhere else 👍

Make sure to unzip it using 7zip, winrar, or any other program. Then drop it in the vita. It won't recognize it if it's not unzipped

Yup, can use pkgj for almost every psp game. No need to connect to computer unless the game you want isn't there

The directories may have a new location since this video was made. Just find where your games are being loaded from, and use that file location instead.

Hey, I have tried all the methods I could find but nothing seems to work.. pkgj worked great after downloading like 6 games then gives me the error SceDownload change_state failed to download error.. so pkgj stopped working for the games.. I learned how to download ps vita roms and how to install them on the vita.. 3 games I was able to install perfectly following directions from someone, and now I do the same process and it won't install any games or it does not show in my live area refresh on vita shell.. Also I've had a external with all my .iso and .cso files that worked perfectly on my psp. I drag and drop in my vita and none show up on adrenaline or adrenaline bubble manager.. but they are in my sd2vita ISO folder Please anybody asking for help I have factory restored the vita and sd2vita 3 times already and same results I get maybe 6 games on the vita then unable to add anymore.. I wanna fill up my 512 gb.. this is so frustrating..

It sounds like your SD card may be corrupting or need to be reformatted. I'd recommend trying a new card

Found this online when searching your error. When you convert them, use compression, many game will not work without. Mode 1-3 is enough. The problem most people get is from convert with Mode 0-No compression.

The directory may be created after downloading your first game via pkgj. Try adding a game from there prior to following the steps in the video

I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to see them in vita shell.. that's a strange one, especially since you can see them when you connect your vita to the PC. Have you tried restarting your vita?

If you have a ps1 and a psp game that works through Adrenaline already then the folder that has those games has to be in there. Did you maybe install Adrenaline into your ps vita memory card and not your sd2vita? You may be looking at the wrong root directory

I think it's an option in the Adrenaline menu to change disc. But i know there's also a way to merge disc files so that it's not necessary. So many options!

Are they the correct format? I think the psx have to be converted to eboot, and the psp files are .iso There's also places online that have already done the eboot conversions for most games. So they'll be drag and drop

**update** I re drag and dropped and made sure my vita didn't go into sleep mode this seems to have fixed my issue as crisis core worked which wasn't a psp digital 😁 thank you for responding though was much appreciated

**update #2** I've now worked out why mine wasn't working correctly but it makes no sense as to why I have to do mine this way I figured after getting crisis core to work ide try another one that wasn't on pkgj and again it didn't register but then it hit me the way I copied crisis core in was copying the file BELOW the list of games and after trying that with NHL 07 it actually worked so for me I have to copy any manual iso's below the list of iso's in the iso folder for it to register in adrenaline wired but it works

Right, most homebrew apps (from what I've seen) have to use firmware 3.60 or 3.65 cfw. Just roll back to one of those and you'll be gtg

What I meant by modded game was actually a game with a patch included. Some examples are games that were only in Japanese having a English voice patch or something similar. Are you having trouble finding the game ID for a game like that?

I cant see the hidden files when I plug my vita in to my PC. and I enabled "Show Hidden Files" Any suggestions?

Last question does the file need to be extracted similar to the gba games ? When I copy and paste the zip as is, it doesn’t show up. Only games I would like that aren’t on pk are the dbz and naruto games you have.

i cant find where adrenaline saves my games EDIT: I found the folder on my PS Vita but it doesnt show up on my PC and i have show hidden items EDIT 2: I figuried it out basically i just copied it to the root and moved it to the folder on my vita

I think if you go to the view section of your file explorer there should be a box that says view hidden files. Just check that box 👍👍

Once you've set up your SD2VITA adapter and SD card it should prompt you about file transfers when plugged in. Maybe try a different cord, and or port on your PC
