Hello! You can't taste the lemon at all, don't worry 😌 but if your lemons are very sour, you can add 1 tbsp instead of 2 tbsp 🧡

zu kompliziert, zuviel kneten und falten.Ich mache immer Übernachtgare den gesamten Teig.Ich tue Apfelessig rein.Danach 2x falten, formen und rein in kalten Gusseisentopf und in den kalten Backoven schieben.Dann erst den Bakoven heizen .Während vorheizen, hat den Teig auch Zeit aufzugehen.Einfach und Schnell, sogar nur mit wenig Hefe.

Guten Tag! Ja, das ist eine tolle Methode, um mit Teig zu arbeiten, sie ist sehr bequem und man kann eine minimale Menge Hefe verwenden. Auf meinem Kanal stelle ich meinen Zuschauern verschiedene Techniken für die Arbeit mit Brot vor und ich werde auf jeden Fall ein separates Video über die Pulish-Technik machen 🧡 danke für deinen Kommentar 😊

Hello! The temperature of the dough heats up during the kneading process (especially if you knead it in a stand mixer or food processor). The temperature of the dough should not exceed 24-25 °C, because after 25 °C, gluten begins to break down. If you make the dough by hand and are worried that the yeast will not work, take water at about 20-21 °C.
