In my experience , excessive use of blow dryer makes hair thin , dry , and damaged from tips , so we should use cold setting, and never use hot setting.

I think blow dryer does damage hair irrespective of the times it is used in a week. Slowly but surely it does damage. I'm leaving blow drying for at least a couple of months to see results.

@@animeindanger9518 Update after a month: I did see some changes in the hair texture and volume. My hair doesn't feel brittle and burnt at the ends( at least not like it used to when I would use the dryer on alternate days). I feel like the overall volume has increased but obviously that is impossible in a span of one month. I think it feels voluminous because I'm not over drying it and stripping the life out of it now. So one way or other it worked. A side note: I had started drinking an ayurvedic tonic called Bhringrajasv two months ago( came to know about it from fittuber) and you won't believe me but I see clear results. I see baby hair on my temples. There aren't many but something is better than zero and it's only been 2 months. I've started using the dryer again however only on the coldest setting and once a week or maybe not at all sometimes. That's it for now. Will keep updating further down the road.

Jhukne vali Tricks actually work karti h. Mujhe 2 saal ho gye h blow drying chod ke due to excessive hairfall. But gravity ko use karke b volume lagbhag same tak aa jati h. Mne recently crew cut kiya tha to ye trick short quiff me b help karti h. Phle crew cut vala hairstyle kar lo. Or half to one hour jab hair puri tarah dry ho jaye then hair ko quiff hairstyle ya jse b khade karne h. Volume bhot sahi ata h or vo b bina hair dryer. And me ek sath do style carry kar leta hun. Normally mre hair thin and wavy h but this trick works too good.
