It looks great. My only recommendation is to rinse the quinoa till the water is clear. I will also add a pinch of salt. Great recipe!

I love this - no oil, no salt! In India we make this from all kinds of things and call it dosa, using ghee, oil or butter and eat it with all kinds of sauces and gravies. But I have never made it with quinoa. Very nice, thank you.

There was no fat in the pan for frying. Maybe if the pan isn't so non stick one can use a bit of oil or other fat for ensuring it doesn't stick.

Du kannst auch mit kichererbsenmehl (gram flour) chapaties backen, nur mit Wasser anrühren, einige Minuten quellen lassen, etwas Salz (und evtl Gewürz, Chili, Curry) wird auch sehr gut - zur Abwechslung😁

@@monikadeckmann627 also bulgur und Couscous ist ja behandelten Weizen, der hat dann keine Bindung mehr. Aber eingeweichter buchweizenschrot könnte man vielleicht verwenden. Wäre ein Experiment. Aber aus gekochten buchweizenschrot kann man schöne Puffer, auch ohne Ei, machen.

I tried to make this in my non-stick-pan - but it sticked nevertheless. Finally I added one egg to the dough and a bit of sesame oil for the pan. That worked great for me. Also it takes some time to find out the right frying temperature. Don´ t do this (like me) for the first time, when you are hungry... 🤣. But the taste is just wonderful! Even without salt and nothing in it or on it 😂. No longer hungry now 😉

Благодарю - интересный рецепт. Мне было очень сложно получить тесто. Мои Bosch turbomix и Bamix не очень-то хотели справляться с этой задачей. Киноа настолько маленькое, что пришлось очень долго крутить. Вода отдельно, киноа отдельно. Думаю ушло около 15 минут. До конца так и не разбила. Добавила в итоге пару ложек рисовой муки. потом только жарила. Рецепт имеет место быть, но может лучше делать из сваренной крупы. Моя бабушка так раньше делала лепешки из остатков пшенной каши.

@@nataliwerter4356 да, верно, реальный) почему-то ждала, что это будет очень просто и очень быстро) и по вкусу - не моё оказалось - лепешки горчили (крупа предварительно была промыта, выдержана в воде, со сроком годности всё в порядке - специально об этом пишу, а то точно скажут не помыла, не выдержала, просроченная)). Для меня, всё же, киноа лучше звучит в салатах или как гарнир. Лешки из нее повторять не буду.
