Added Venezuelan Corydoras to my 125 Gallon raimbowfish tank!

Love the gorgeous tank. As soon as I get my new tank up & running, I've gotta transfer my Venezuelan cories to it in order to put them on a diet. They became chonkers in the guppy tank.

Pretty sure thats a colour morph of the roseline shark.Seen them online and they are quite expensive,more than the normal colour ones.Beautiful tank your crypts are amazing.

@yashtapase3821 fertalizer daily dosing and I used a soil substrate capped with sand! The lights are from ebay $100 each and I have 2 of them. Nothing fancy. I used to inject c02 but I haven't in like 6 months because I don't need them any bigger but they keep growing hahaha, just slower now without the c02

Looks like you have a Golden Densoni Barb/Roseline Shark. That’s its natural color, the Gold are harder to find.

Hey how long have you had these rainbows? I’ve seen your 6 month update vs your first set up video and they still look the same lol. Size and color.

@brianpan57 I've had them for 10 months, and they have all grown except the Iranian reds. They seem to grow slower. I only feed them once per day and nothing on sunday and I do not overfeed. Which is why I think they are growing slower. I has SA Cichlids and fed them 2x a day and they grew faster. But the tank looks great and everyone seems happy. Overfeeding causes it own issues. I'm not in a rush for them to grow up haha. But they have definitely all grown about an. Inch in the past 10 months.

@ that’s awesome. I just bought like 20 random rainbows for my 75G planted. It looks pretty empty now. Have you had success adding a school of nano fish? I don’t think it’ll make a huge difference in bioload.

Also how often do you change water? I’ve been testing my water and it’s been fine. Water stays good for like 3 weeks now

@@brianpan57 Yes I have! In that tank I have harlequin Rasboras, rummynose tetras, and brilliant rasboras. I would say I like the way the Rummynose act with them the best for sure. Also get a nice school of corydoras for the bottom of the tank! I like the orange venezualian ones!
