"Fear no rock" Just be careful guys. Lost my dad in 2018 when his boat hit a rock in his willie drift boat and flipped, things just haven't been the same since, miss him dearly. Would hate for anyone else to get that phone call that I got. Take care guys, and use some pfds!

SPOONS!! You should have dragged a spoon through that washboard water! I bling mine up but half red and gold work great on coastal water and all silver or all gold and copper anywhere. 1/3, 2/3 and 3/4. Steelhead, Chinook and Coho and everything in-between including smallmouth! Peace 🕊️☮️♾️😎🎸🤟🏼

Could be, but doubtful. I think we just saw a bigger run of hatchery fish on lots of rivers this year so that increases the stray rate.

MARLIN... what is the benefit of tying your line DIRECTLY to the spilt ring on the spoon than having a barrel swivel ontop to tie to? Does it cause more memory in your line?

I am new to rowing. I have a raft with oar rights and guys made fun of my “training wheels”. Im curious about how Jason uses his oar rights. They are not in the oar locks? What am I missing?

I do not tow the the oar rights locked in place, I usually roll my wrists on almost every stroke. The oar rights basically just keep your oar blades in a fixed position while sitting on anchor. They act as rutters as they sit in the water.

Awesome videos. I enjoy watching you fish for salmon, Atlantic salmon steelhead trout, and koho Salmon 😊. Atlantic salmon and trout and shad in my area making a come back. This is due to dams not in use being shut down and torn down that block, shad, trout, and salmon. I'm so excited this change is happening in my area. I caught a baby palm sized Atlantic salmon on a panther martin gold plated spinner. In late summer, i almost bagged an 8 plus lb Atlantic salmon on a Berkeley choppo. Late summer, they come to feed and spawn in October. This year will be a better species that hasn't been seen since the 1800s coming back. Stripers made a come back now trout shad and salmon. We also have black bullhead and black crappie and smallies and largemouth. Now the shad are back, more bass will come with catfish, striper trout, and salmon. 😊 I'm super happy about this. ❤
