If you ever find a way to frankenstein one of those portable LCD diagnostic screens to a 14cux engine....that would be awesome. My 95 RRC always runs just a hair below the mid point on the dash gauge. Everything cooling related is new so watching your vid kinda gave me peace of mind.

Check that your radiator is clean too and your ac condensor fins. If you drive through grass/dirt you can get a lot of build up. I have a 90 degree wand that I use with compressed air to blow the fins out.

Quasi unrelated, though in 24 years I’ve never had rad issues but my understanding is manual vs auto radiators are not exactly the same part. The auto cooling system is taxed a bit more because you are also cooling the trans.

Also, that white truck has AELS, I’m not exactly sure if there are AELS specific parts/differences in the cooling system, but I kinda wouldn’t be surprised.
