Funny seeing them with the loaches. They blend in
@dylangodard364711 ай бұрын
Couple things! First off that is absolutely awesome! Second how big is that tank and third! I found for tiger barbs if you put a large structure in the middle to break the line of sight they will tend to school and swirl around it really nicely!
@grizzlybizz73056 жыл бұрын
I love tiger barbs, and I found that they would circle around larger branches and around large plants too, and that looks cool.

Amazing! How do you set things up so that your filtration, your BB, keeps up with the sudden jump in bioload?
@AquariumCoop7 жыл бұрын
Bioload only changes with the amount of food you feed. Adding 100 fish at once wont change the load itself, then over the coarse of a week or two slowly increase feedings so bacteria can propagate to match it.
@BenOchart7 жыл бұрын
Aquarium Co-Op Thanks for the fast reply Cory. So their waste is not suddenly spiking the bioload, it's the food you say? Very interesting. Thanks.

You need to have an odd number of tiger barbs to keep aggression down... you need to add one. :P Seriously, this looks even better than I imagined - you can never have too many clown loaches. You should add one zebra or yoyo or skunk loach just to make us try and find it.
