Adding a waterfall to the garden stock tank pond

Water just gets hot in Texas, so I'm working on a whole bunch of different ways that I can keep things cool. Earlier this year I sunk the pond into the ground, which helped quite a bit, but adding a waterfall should get things the rest of the way toward keeping the fish cool next summer.
