I have this thermostat in my apt (model MWR-WG00JN), have had it for 2 yrs now. Since we've had it we often get error messages (various different error codes) that overlay the display screen, sometimes the display screen goes gray to where everything is grayed out, or it goes gray and I have to hit the back button and reset the temp back down. Other times an error display comes up but the AC is still working & coming out of the vents. Other times it shuts down. Management has had a repairman to look at the system many times but it keeps happening. I'd say at least once a month for a few days it does this. When we moved in we were told it cannot be set lower than 67 or the system will freeze up, later on we were then told it can't be set lower than 75 or the system will freeze up, then a while later they said lower than 72, it kept changing, it got very hot in here & the hallways are set to 75 but the actual temp in the hallways is 80, I also have no AC coning out of the vents in the bedrooms only the bathrooms & tv room....but how in the world is this thing continuously throwing out gray screens & errors????

So question - It appears from your video that F3/4 connections for the Advanced Wired Controller's communication only need to be made from the AWC F3/4 to F3/4 of any one of a system's (multiple) indoor terminals? Is that correct? If so, I assume that the rest of the communication then occurs between other units strictly through their COM1 COM2? (no need to wire F3/4 at all on other indoor units) But what about the outdoor unit? The same?

Does MWR-WW10N also measures temperature (does it have temperature sensor integrated) to measure actual temperature at the installed location ? Is anyone familiar with this... ?
