where exactly do you wire in the yellow cord? im not sure if i should the 12 volt cord from the wire harness then add the yellow wire or what

Yellow wire goes to switched power I believe. Pretty sure it's a 12v for the amp.

Unfortunately I don't think the Aux-to-Radio interface is available any more. I have the name of the parts in the description, maybe you'll have better luck finding luck finding them.

What radio did u upgrade to?

RB1 radio. It was an option for a while on the early 2000 Dodges. You can find them at the junkyard (usually in Caravans) here and there, but they are getting pretty rare. If you can find one for about $100, that's a good deal. Anything above that you might as well get Chinese Android plug and play radio that fits in these cars.

The RB1 radio is factory radio. Just pull out the old radio and pop in the RB1. Beware using those radio interfaces. They operate through the vehicle's pci. They cause some people problems.

Just buy a Bluetooth cassette. They make them for classic cars and beaters.

I have one of those- it sucks. you have to wiggle the "tape" a couple times before you can hear it, and most of the time it only comes through on the right side- seems really sensitive to misalignment with the pickup head. and it's really tempermental about connecting to my phone...
