My tank is already live with fish (tiger barb n widow tetras) with java ferns n white sand. After adding this, I am concerned about my white sand :) can I recover it's original color? since eventually bacterial will colonize in filter, wont it be good if we add bacteria in filter only when we do cleaning in 3 months ? I'm a bit worried about bad look of residues on leaves of plants after adding bacteria in tank ..
