Adding Copper Horns back to Minecraft [1.19]

Copper Horns were a Minecraft feature added for a experimental preview version of Minecraft Bedrock Edition. It seemed like it would come to Minecraft 1.19, the Wild Update along with goat horns, but Mojang would remove them. I am a Minecraft modder, so I decided to add all the copper horn sounds back to Minecraft Java Edition.
