you can change the type of file it is with VLC! if you're on Mac, you just open it then at the top left, click on "File" then "Convert / Stream" If you're on Windows, select the tab that says "Media" then click "Convert / Save"

samee :/ it might be safer to screen record the audio you want, send it over to your pc, then convert the file type to an mp3. There are many tutorials for stuff like file conversion, it might sound a lil crunchy tho btw
