Those stereo surrounds break so easy. I’ve broken two. My original and a wreckers one. Both taking out and putting back in

Any wiring looms I cut into on my car I just remove that loom and remake it with extras like amp and head unit wiring with new plugs and lion sleeves just to make it neat and nice like factory. Bit more work but it’s worth it in the end. Also run amp power wire on opposite side of car from rca’s so you don’t get engine noise through your speakers

Yeah it's basic. To be fair, audio quality is great, and Android Auto is nice enough for navigation. I tried a cheap Android based head unit and while the features and abilities were awesome the audio quality is an afterthought on all of them. I wasn't really after features, just good quality audio, and I hoped the display would be big and bright and nice and crisp. It's big and bright but it's not crisp at all, it's really low resolution. 4/10 wouldn't buy again.
