Kind of interesting how he'll put brand new awesome mods side-by-side with old outdated mods from when the game originally released. Real leaps in quality between mods showcased

Yeah it's very dangerous to use such ancient mods as they may break your game. Yet there are some really old mods that still may be used mostly because there are just no modern alternatives like Wasteland Defence and Real Time Settler that still work somewhat ok even today.

@@АлексейСвиридов-у9о I've heard countless people trace their crashes and save corruption to even mods like Wasteland Defence and Real Time Settler. The mods, as unique as they are with no alternatives, really aren't necessary to the game; a stable well-running game is better than a buggy crashy game with a few new mechanics

that first mod with the stealth gives of some metal gear vibes, just sneaking around making enemies surrender and then stealing their ammo

forced entry by s6s is more immersive than better breaching since you actually have to damage the locks and doors and have a chance to damage what it contains addressing the menus issue

Personally i use "forced entry" and "bypass tools" as lockpicking alternatives. Forced entry is similar to better breaching, but has no menus, and you can use pretty much any weapon (the weapon affects the chance for breaking objects in containers, and it's all configurable). Bypass tools adds rare one-use items that can unlock doors (even if you've broken it with lockpicks) to levelled lists.

the majima armor needing cleaning supplies is pretty in character all things considered thinking about it again, the mod just prob registered the majima outfit as clothing so it went with cleaning supplies

The last playthrough I did, I used the manual reload mod and teamed it with another that caused the player to drop spare ammo on a reload and required the player to pick it back up to add it back to the inventory. I also used a mod that made the HUD invisible unless a flagged headgear was worn such as a Power Armour helmet. All of these combined made the combat really intense and hardcore. How many rounds do I have left? Is it worth reloading before I turn the next corner? Why can't I fire? I can't reload: I'm out of ammo! I absolutely loved it!

@@Fyrehart97i should have mentioned that other mod too if I knew, one of my fav games, the original mafia, had that mechanic. And it made each gunfight tense and memorable.

The farming aspect is cool and super needed but it has issues, first the ones you mentioned and second the fact that game doesn't even have many good player homes to make a farm besides Victor's shack I think farming should be done by transplanting good, existing plants to your farm

Ideally it would also be cool if it was related to owning like a house and some land where you can farm (okay, basically that would turn FoNV into Stardew Valley haha)

There is a mod that basically solved all that (houses, farm, even brahmin) let me see if I find it Edit: it's literally called "Housing - Farming - Brahmin Herding", and it's pretty recent too

weird, STUN works great for me. the worst bug ive encountered with that mod is that handcuffed/ductaped NPC's will eventually lose the animation and just stand there normally.

The farming thing is all I need. There's just alot of fun in stuff you can do outside of combat and should be fleshed out. Hell id Kill for a healing system medicial system similar to that of Hideous Destructor, where you could manually operate to get a bonus, with risk of making worse or you could just pay to get it done or do it automatically hut at reduced rate. Something like that. Also i have this mod called WSEX esp and i cant get it to work.

Yeah I will, also thanks for watching all of my videos and streams. You are one of my oldest viewers and definitely the most supportive. Back when I used to livestream, there were times only you were watching but that is a really big deal. When literally no one watches your stream you feel like what's the point of even speaking anything during streams but if even a single person watches them, you can at least interact with them and it doesn't feel pointless.

Live dismemberment is a crash nightmare btw. conflicts with a bunch of mods and is just not good on the engine. there’s a reason it was abandoned and no one has improved on it
