Adding LED lights to your hobbyproject! Basic level!

In this video I´m showing you my tips and tricks for using LEDs in wargaming terrain/dioramas and miniatures. Since I do get a lot of questions on how I do the electronic parts I thought that a simple video would do the trick.
I´m trying to make this as simple as it can be without using math :) and formulas! Just do what i do in the video and you will succeed.

To people starting out, don’t be afraid to drop some weight (I’ve used screwdrivers) on the wires to hold them still while soldering. The job is 100% easier if things don’t move around.

How many 9-12v leds can you typically connect to a single 9v battery source as a series parallel circuit?

Individual (3mm 5mm etc.)LED voltages range from 1.8V to 3.4 V NOT 9-12 V depending on the color used. Wiring them in parallel or series will determine the amount you can use given your supply voltage and wanted current rating across the LED while using a resistor. There are several calculators available on the net to determine which resistor values to use.....hope this helps.

The lights you built on the armatures have a bigger 'bulb' and diffuse the light much more. How did you make those?
