Wow, this is the best tutorial yet. So glad I found this channel Do you have tutorial on how to grade a pattern?
@PatternLabLondon3 жыл бұрын
Thank you! We don't have a tutorial on how to grade patterns since we don't have this knowledge. However, we do demonstrate how a pattern grader might be able to do this in Adobe illustrator, if they had grading knowledge. You can find the tutorial here: patternlab.london/home/project/scaling-pattern-adobe-illustrator/

Is center line among 3, our actual pattern?
@PatternLabLondon2 жыл бұрын
Using this method of adding seam allowance, the centre line is the pattern line, The outside line is the cut line. Remove the inside line completely. Here is a better way of adding seam allowance: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYOXm4hpa6eajpY

Hi, my brush tool panel does not have seam allowance brushes ready like yours. Did you add them afterwards to illustrator?
@PatternLabLondon4 жыл бұрын
Yes we created the brushes and added them to the brushes palette. You can visit the tutorial page on our website by clicking the link in this tutorials description. There you will find a pre-made document that features these brushes. It called the "Cutting table"
