How do the added vents work if you seal the walls with insulation and plywood?

The idea is that it vents the cavity between the steel and the insulation so hopefully no mold or moisture. Because they are sealed. I almost always keep the container doors open to run in and out. But the workshop side won’t be capped at the top like the office side. So will vent as normal It’s not airtight between the office and workshop. Hope that makes sense
