Seriously! and even quality aftermarket parts that arent "cheap". Nothing worse than buying a 2-tip exhaust, a lip, body panels etc and finding the parts fit like total CRAP becuase you tried to save 10%-20%-40% on the cost of the mod.

i used to do this all day at subaru, i do not miss it, but yeh everything comes off so easy though, takes like 30secs to remove front n rear bumpers Oh yeh, the "OEM" extras are all made in china neways, spoilers, front lips, towbars etc unless branded. All of the Sti editions apart from actual Sti's are just cosmetics we used to fit on, you're spot on.

I’m with you on the decal from Japan. I once had a cracked windshield on my black FD. Every replacement I could find had a blue fade sun shade tint on the top edge instead of black. I special ordered a factory windshield from Japan that cost four times as much and took 4+ weeks to come in.

This is super tricky. I did this to my Outback also for the side door body guards. Took 30min of measuring and still it was off of up want perfection. What I learned was the dealerships or factories have templates that are 100% success templates like the templates cellphone companies have for placing the glass shield onto your smart phones.
