I've had this for a while now I pre ordered it when it was in production for $149 and 100% worth it I love it. 1 it replaces cup holder I don't use with something I can use. 2 gives me somewhere to sit my phone (that alone is worth it for me and 3 the ability to pump alittle charge into my phone from place to place throughout is amazing especially when working 2 jobs

E39Source KZbin channel did install on his M5 wireless charge and I thought that it makes car modern, now seing this video, I know I won't be needing it for my e46 since I am using my phone for navigation and at the same time charging it, so at the end of a trip battery isn't 10%. A really great product, which would sit for me in car that wouldn't be used at all.

Honestly I think they need to redesign it so that the cupholder is behind the charging pad, rather than in front. The front cupholder is useless in a manual.

@@skyward1977 the back cup holder is useless if you don't have you arm rest up. And not sure but wouldn't you just be able to turn it 180 degrees and just install it like that?

@@AlexOgOliver not sure if it's just a manual transmission thing but I only ever have that armrest down when on the highway as it gets in the way of shifting. I did have that thought too re turning around - would be good if someone could confirm

Hello, I have a e46 330xi and wanted to swap it into rwd, but not sure the engine supports of the two are similar in the front. Do you think the two front spots of the xi subframe bolts into the same place as rwd? Do you think it would swapable? Thanks.

Where can i contact you, i have a weird problem with my 2003 bmw 318i 2.0 e46, basically i bought my car from an old lady, and the car hadnt been driven for 2 years, did all the needed things, except for valve cover, it looks a big slimy, and one day the car started not giving cooler liquid to cool the engine, it just sits in the first hoses and heats up as well as the engine, i gave my car to my dads brother cuz he is a mechanic and he added a little wire to electronics and said that it is a temporary solution, it worked for a week and now the temperature gauge is again going crazy although car couldnt heat up in a few seconds from cold, i am very little knowing in cars, but i am a car guy, and want to work on my car myself, maybe someone in the comments can help me, would much appreciate it.

For everyone complaining about to price! A “normal” wireless charger are going for $150 to $200 so if people can pay that for a regular one, then u should be able to pay for a custom wireless charger for your old bmw u know what I mean?!
