I put new brakes, rotors, calipers, tires, wheels and allignment and now when i tough brakes it pulls hard to driver side It wasnt doing that before Front passenger side rotor smoking a bit Not sure because everything is new or what! Its a ram 1500 . I did all that for new bigger tires/rims etc

Thx 4 info, just bought a used 2011 Chevy HD Silverado new tires, anywhere we used to we broke up after 6 months new brake pads 2 years ago so is it wasn't blood right but that definitely helps make sense thank you

Did you have to pump the brakes after Changing the line. Great way to explain. Thats just what's happening to mine. But it goes to mostly to one then the other.

Yes, this applies across the board. For drums it is likely as simple as needing to lubricate the moving parts & bring the pads into adjustment if they still have meat left. Sometimes the pads will glaze or you will see corrosion on your rotors/drums which will signify an issue with the pads making proper contact. Like he said breaking opennthe bleeder valve & seeing if when the pedal is depressed fluid squirts out is an easy indicator that the line may be clogged, but remember not to let the pedal up without closing the bleeder valve first. Most people are bad about flushing & changing brake fluid & as it gets moisture & age behind it the fluid breaks down & will degrade rubber including your flexible brake lines. The brake lines will swell & restrict the ability to function properly.

Yeah the whole right side isn’t working. No ABS light. But it drifts driver side when pressing the brakes. Just put new calipers on the front. You can even feel the drivers side rear kick over. Almost like the whole pass side doesn’t work…

Mine isn't drifting, but whenn I turn and brake hard, the driver side fights, even makes a noise. 2007 Camry with 145k miles. It only happens when I brake hard and more often when I turn right. Driver side just pulls.

I know this is a very old post, but my car is doing this after picking it up from the body shop. Driver ran a stop sign and tore up the right side of my car pretty bad. Now when I apply the brakes my car veers to the right. Second opinion I was told it needed an alignment. Nope didn't fix it 😢. Do I need to take it back to the body shop or a mechanic?

Hello I have a dodge ram . When I’m going down the highway , I apply break pressure and is swerves a bit to the side , I then accelerate and does the same thing . I changed the break lines on both sides , so in this case would it give my calipers?

My jeep is doing this, put new tires on and just replaced my rear pads and discovered my passenger rear caliper piston was stuck!! now I,m afraid one of fronts is too. it only has 56K miles on it. I bled all the calipers and put in fresh brake fluid and a lotta trash came out of the lines and the fluid was black!! maybe something bad / all my brake lights are on? who knows geez

TOO MUCH BRAKE FLUID CAN BE AN ISSUE. TRY LOWERING YOUR BRAKE FLUID TO BETWEEN MAX AND MIN.

It's because the problem is in the rear.. you need to replace the whole rear rods to wheel. And the rod may be ceased forcing you to take off the assembly as one piece and is busted inside and leaning inside . Can't see it . Until you actually replace the rear tow bar . It automatically fixes the rear tow, where the front tires are aligned from.. so . It's in the back.. like my Dodge neon.. probably the passenger side rear .busted assembly in the inside. Or the right tire it is simple needing a camber bolt. Super easy... I know am a owner of a car that doesn't pull to the right or left .after messing with the rear. Even tho I did everything to the front an no results. Until I did the rear.

@@dskap201 it's on the rear. For sure. Half your car in the rear end is riding side ways. One wheels it seems like is causing it all. I think the back passenger side . Igo lol at the tires and see what side of the tire is barely uneven. Most likely the back rear right tire is the cause. If it's pulls to the right sometimes and stoping at red lights is the result. When you fix the rear and resude everything it will fix it. Becouse your thrust when you take off the front wheels are not aligned to the rear. And when you got it aligned it thrusted wrong.becouse the rear. The front is ready for the rear to be online and complete. Then go to the garage and align it agian, do you have camber bolts. What did the alignement at the garage. Report say. Was anything in the red.or can you send me a pic of it

@@dskap201 the garage is playing games. Did you buy a four wheel alignment. Maybe he told you that's all he can do for the front. Until you realize he wants the other 60$ to look at the rear. Something isn't right. I've been thru the same. Every garage done there best as is .all my cars I ever had pulled to the right. I finally got fed up. And realized . The garages only align perfect cars. They gave no since. So I finally looked at the rear. After seeing the report of the alignment. And it was the rear the whole time. 1000 dollars later and nobody told me it was the rear. I seen figured out everything. Then got the alignment. And it got better and better and better. And better. And better. After all the parts all the time all the alignments. All the lies. All the giving money hopping they can fix it. Nope..email me the report [e-mail]
