Tysm for this. I always struggle with my own adhd and I only want my child to have the tools to manage and even use their adhd to their advantage. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you guys so much, while I`m pretty educated about my own ADHD and ODD there are plenty of things I need to continuously work on, you have given me some more tools for my tool box to help become a better father when dealing with my beautiful middle child who at times I feel I`m failing.

If you are learning and watching things like this let me tell you that you are far from failing. Sounds like you are a great father because you are trying to grow and improve. Respect.

If you kid is struggling with math, watch a Making Math Real video by Dr. Berg. I swear…it works. Teachers told me I daughter had “disgraphia”--“just can’t do it.” Well, after I watched his video, I decided to try it on my 9 year old who couldn’t learn her multiplication tables. I tried everything, so I was willing to try again. After a 40 minute walk, of just walking about the numbers, she learned her 8’s…and it stuck. Then, I tried the 7’s, the 3’s. In less than 2 weeks, she cemented her ability to do multiplications, faster than I could do it. David Berg is a GENIUS for coming up with this method!! Then, you have to commit to teaching your child using his method, either by learning it yourself or hiring a MMR tutor. Good luck.😊

As people with ADHD often have difficulties with focusing for long periods of time, why are these segments an hour? Even non ADHD'ers would have difficulties concentrating so long.
