I don’t know who coined the phrase “nafrat ke baazar mein mohabbat ki dukaan”, it’s very powerful. A very powerful message of love and harmony conveyed eloquently. There’s a significant maturity in him as a leader and as a politician. I hope the vision he is showing captures the imagination of electorate in India. Sam reminded me of my childhood when he talked about him growing up with Muslims and Sikhs- I grew up with Hindus and Christian’s in Hyderabad, sans communal feelings. FBI and US Congressman Jim Banks have expressed concerns over the growing influence of radical Jamaat-e-Islami in South Asia and stated that much of the violence in Kashmir is linked to Jamaat-e-Islami.
