We never used to pay money for 2 star gems, and they are trying to change that. I don't think this is the end. There will be more limited time 2 star gems we can buy with real money, and they will be stronger than Mournskull. Whales farm BG rank by dropping their reso so they can queue with 2k reso and 6k+ AP for easy wins against F2P and low spenders. Pay-to-win 2 star gems will be easy sale to them.

Before I start playing I was just like why in the video it in the marketplace why it's not now😅 after reading I was oic they removed it and put it battlepass only😅 so I very confident it will be like that. So the only reason for me to push as many copy as I can now is I don't want later compete with getting telluric pearl in battlepass.

Except that rank 9 and 10 are the hardest to upgrade to, talking about the dupes needed; 9+12=21! 1 more than all the others so far. If the only source would be the bp, this will take months, and at the price certainly of chosing it over the pearls or the 2 others. I hope i am wrong of course, noone knows for sure now. The best could just be to craft _now_ a maximum of those, if only to upgrade them later. Maybe. Rank 10 has the maximum sweetspot of 18%-->36% damages, and rank9 gives 12% damages for _each_ skulls (2x by waves every seconds, improvable by vithus)... compared to just 11-->22 or 6%... !
