Block therapy helped my frozen shoulder a lot! It still took time, but my ROM increased immediately.

How many times a day should this be done?

You can perform this a few times per day. Ultimately, you want to listen to your body. If only performing once per day feels right for you - or even a few days per week, that is totally ok.

if the right shoulder has issues, do you tilt to the left and work the left arm?

Block in the right. Leaning right. And externally rotating the shoulder joint while holding the block or other object. I’m inclined to work both sides of the body…Each of the shoulders individually.
