The plant you're not sure of ID on is 100% subhastatum and that is variegation 😊 They variegate really weirdly and seem to spontaneously variegate a lot. I know quite a few people that it's happened to including myself and it's nothing to worry about. The variegation seems to always increase when the plant is cut too, and I think I remember seeing a couple spots of variegation when you first hauled the plant, so it makes sense that it's presenting more now 🤗

definitely magnets for the lights, i bought in amazon magnets that have holes in the middle and so i used a screw to attach it to the light with the attachment it brings and they it just sticks to the ceiling of the cabinet, sticky tapped is really hard to remove and mother lights are too precious to ruin with sticky tape, and i have used the sticky tape but on cheaper lights…

I have two monstera siltepecana, one trailing and one used to be hanging. The hanging is now trellised. This may just be me helicopter parenting, but the two vines that was actually hanging and not resting on the shelf it was on, only ever pushed out small and underdeveloped looking leaves. So, I don't know if it had anything to do with it hanging or I overreacted and trellised it for no reason. However, the one trailing never had problems pushing out regular sized leaves. And I just trellised it about 5 days ago, so I do not notice a difference yet.
