3 years difference is nothing as you get older. I was 23 when I met my wife. At the time my mother said - ”27!!! She’s too old for you!”. Recent college grad here; depends on the job, but employers definitely can and will ask about college GPA! So you definitely want to keep it up, or at least show improvement as you went through school! It's defs not the top priority, but it can be important so it's something to keep in mind.

GPA does help in the work world for special positions, promotions, pay grades and raises. You can "fight" for these things by using your GPA as an advantage. It shows you work hard, are focused, are willing to do "what it takes", etc. Just a few pointers for you Madeline from a former Manager. Love you guys!
