I have this model, never had a problem , battery is 10 years old too, ' am told this is not the issue' It has just stopped working , all looks fine and it's fixed in 'day mode' , all sensors appear to be working, however, key pad makes no sound so I cannot set it. Any idea what the problem may be. thanks.
