This song makes me cry every time..here’s why my mom my dad and my brother moved to florida and we moved next to the person that changed part of me when I first met her she told me to call her “ aunt bunny “ so I did and I called her husband mr. lee and after school I would go to her window and I would say hi and she always said “ hi toots” she was that type of person who would be like “ those buys are going to be chasing you” or “ if any boy keeps talking to you tell them I will whoop them “ we became best friend she was an elder she had type two diabetes she wasn’t the healthiest but she was so nice and her husband aunt bunny would always ask if I wanted ice cream or maybe McDonald’s or Yoo-hoo s and she would turn on some old cartoons and she loved playing cards her house had a lot of angels and stuff she loved me on my birthday she would love taking me shopping she taught me to swim when I was little and couldn’t and then I would love swimming in her pool until I got one in my backyard then a year or two went by and her cat dyed and it was sad but then she got over it she had the angel that looked like me called Paige well that’s what she called it and she said one day I will give this to you when your older a few years went by now it has been four years since I first met her and her husband and if you didn’t know she had a dog called snickers then one day I heard a loud sound i looked outside with my mom and it was the ambulance and my mom drove her to the hospital to help and then she came Back home a few hours later and said that she died..the lyrics in this song that go like “ I wish nothing but the best for you “ she always wished me luck the lyrics I heard that your settled down that you found a girl and your married now and where it says guess she gave things I didn’t give to you kinda reminds me of the giving tree book also about a few more months later the dog snickers dyed poor mr. lee the other day ago I started crying to my mom about her and said “ I thought friendships last forever” if you wanted to know mr lee gave me the angel that aunt bunny called Paige God bless aunt bunny
