I think the world would implode on itself if that moment ever happened. It would be gilding the lily to the nth degree. Adele is our new Whitney. She has a similar charm, power, sass, range, voice mastery and dare I say Adele's writing is way better. She may not sing as well dancing like Bey, but set mic to mic, Adele will wipe the floor in vocal mastery alone. Ariana Grande is not to be messed with either. Watch her recording and mixing... it's a wonder. We are lucky to be alive with such beautiful singer/songwriters like these.

I really enjoyed your analysis. Other teachers/coaches will say something like "see where she puts that cry in her voice - very effective". You, on the other hand, point out the technique and show us so we will understand, but are quick to state that of course, she is just singing. I do not want to hear someone sing a song that is thinking "I will use this technique here". I want to hear an emotional performance, which you point out that this is, not just a string of techniques used to draw us in.

She sang. A few days online some people say Beyoncé sings better than Adele and they were diminishing Adele's voice bcoz of a surgery? Beyoncé may have better techniques and healthier voice but she can't sing Adele songs. Her range isn't as high (not wide, hers is wider) as Adele's. That's arguable tho. Just had to let off some steem. Don't like it when they hate on either women. I like discussions and debates but hating? No.
