PF Was insane on release, couldn't see them one up it. Hoyoung was lacklustre on release, but under the hood had some of the most insane burst on pretty low CDs. Adele was released, and blew them both out the water, in every single respect, and spit on their graves as they got nerfed. Meanwhile, Adele is relatively untouched. :^) I joke, they're all fine classes, Adele is just overpowered af. If she gets toned down a bit more, balance will be relatively restored.

It's not final damage for having 6 hunting decree swords out its 15% final damage on aether forge for having 3 swords stocked up, so it's not a huge damage loss like you might think. She does also get a final damage nerf on her 4th job passive though

The videos are pretty entertaining, even for a non-mapler! Love your work. I had a few attempts to this game, all of them ended even before lvl 100. There is so much content, so many ways to go - it is hard for a newcomer to deal with the sheer amount of activites. I was always getting burned out on 70-80 lvl, because I did not know where to go, where to stay, if I will miss an important quest or a bossing opportunity. I am in love of the many ways you can progress your chatacter, build with all the stats and equips. Watching all the 200-250 gives me motivation to get at least one character to 200 at least. Got any tips for a new player? Which server to pick? What class to play? On what should I focus?

Reboot is a simpler server to get into, as you need to worry less about gear improvements, as its super simplified, as well as being the best option for casual play. For the most part, the early game functions as a tutorial, your first time through will take a while, but thats fine, you should use this time getting to understand the ins and outs of your class as well as the game itself. The game at this point, starts at level 200. When you unlock the Arcane River and 5th Job. Don't worry too much about missing anything early on, there isn't anything pre-200 that is game-changing if skipped over or missed. Theme dungeons are pretty much the best questing way to get exp, and when you finish up with those, train in areas around your level til you unlock the next one.

Hey Sacrix! I read on reddit that the character building node only procs if you get hit by an attack 100x within 30s, which is not what the skill description says. I went on ahead and crafted it, but I might be regretting the decision. In your experiences leveling, has character building activated at all/ often? The description says it should be up at most 67% of the time if you get smacked enough. Great vid btw!

Character building procs whenever a monster hits/misses you with a basic attack 100 times within 30s. That's a lot of attacks, so it relies on kishin/frenzied spawn to proc reliably, but yes, it works. Some classes dont get in positions to get hit that often, that quickly, so some classes have better mileage with the skill than others, but so far, I haven't seen a single class that wouldn't use the node. Also the average uptime is only 8-15 procs per hour in my experience. (Depends on class and mobbing rotations)

Just confirmation bias, people only post videos if have crazy gains, and if they have crazy gains, then they probably have a frenzy.

Frenzy service is the cheapest it has ever been, currently 40m/h on average for Bera (Most people loot between 40-60m raw meso per hour of training with Spawn boost). So for all intents and purposes, especially in Reg Servers, due to the lower base exp, training with frenzy/kish/fury spawn boot is a must.

Do your daily bosses, look for decent flames on your boss set drops. Save potential scrolls that drop while farming, you'll need em. Make sure to sell all your boss crystals for a meso income. Do Maple World Tour as well for meso. Save any epic pot scrolls for you Weapon|Secondary|Emblem Occult cube for 3-6% stat on equips. and 6%+3-6% mainstat/dmg on your WSE Don't overspend on SF. Stop at 10 early on. Make use of set effects (Mainly Boss Set + Pensalir) Do you Arcane Force dailies. Free stats yo Use your event coins on 2x drop buffs when training/bossing, if you dont have familiars.

Most other maps in Arcana take a lot more finagling, to get close to CLP Rates, for a lot more effort. Esfera maps just in general weren't worth the effort, since my Hunting Decree didnt 1 shot, and it took a lot more focus to rotate. Yes.

Definitely not! Perfect trio's are really only for looks. As long as you have each important skill boosted on 2 trios, you're good to go, they don't have to match perfectly.

It's when you're attacked by mobs. Miss, and Dodge, count as getting hit, so any class can use it fairly effectively.

Depends on how much youre willing to grind. Munchi, a famous KMS Legion grinder, completes 250 in 22-30 days regularly. With no spawn modifiers or 2x exp cash cards.

It'll stop her from avoiding true one shots, but 100% damage attacks like Magnus rocks should in theory not kill you if you block them. So it sucks, but it can be worked around unless I'm mistaken.

Lower path 1, the map through the bottom left portal in CLP is a very good alternative, give it a shot. Upper path is also great for Adele if you can get used to the rope grabbing rotation.

Elite bosses are invulnerable to damage until they have been alive for 28s. So normally I just tag the boss and kill the elite mobs that spawn with them, and loot the map til the timer has run down. Less waiting around.

Oh yea it does not make a difference at all without MP green but when using it does make a difference in grind speed.

@@gmskuromitsu5099 decent speed infusion doesn't break soft speed cap, so it doesn't matter whether you're using MP green pot. Bladecaster's base speed is 4, so Adele hits soft cap (2) with her 2nd job att speed buff. But yeah MP green does help.

You use soul enchanters on the weapon to give it a slot. They drop from normal mobs at a low % chance. Then you use a soul on the weapon.

Watching the video makes me realise the culture difference between GMS and MSEA. People in MSEA will usually ask for permission to hit on elite boss and will make a huge fuss if you hit without asking. GMS you just burst and kill it

Level difference is pretty huge. You lose % FD if you're more than a few levels behind the mobs you're hitting. That adds up fast.
