Awesome work Adele! So I have the absolute worst hayfever, everyday as soon as I wake up I just sneeze and sneeze and bloody sneeze. I take Cetrizine (C-Zine on the chemist's own box) everyday. But! When it's really bad, more so than normal, I take SudaFed and the Cetrizine together and that usually clears me right up. Just check with your doctor though, I know the SudaFed can make some people really drowsy.... Anywho, love you and alllll your hard work ❤❤

I had my BA 10yrs ago and the scarring doesn’t really look good until 1yr later, I also wore the silicone tape for an entire year even though my doc said 3months. I know it’s scary but trust the process, mine looked so bad initially that I thought it could have bordered on keloid scarring, now they’re barely noticeable :)
