My dream vacation is to go to Egypt and see the pyramids and of course the museums!! Thank you because I was on the fence as to whether or not to get it. You showed me that I DEFINITELY want it!

I have the light version and a friend of mine got the dark. We got our palettes at the same time, the dark color is beautiful, the light palette works for my tone just fine. I actually make really nice looks for work with this and my workplace prefers neutral toned down makeup. Mine arrived with a few shades shattered but easily repressed. A lot of dark based shimmers and multi chromes, I see the inspiration for the palette in the color story now that I have it and have used it. Great review!

I wish adept would get enough inventory to sell palettes without making people wait months,I still haven't bought a palette because of this,I do have singles but I'm not seeing the hype I rather order from terra moon or JD glow🥰

It seems they purposely over estimate the ship time for preorders because this palette I got on preorder for an est. mid Feb shipping out tume and I already got it (ordered oct 9th)

They definitely overshoot on the amount of time they’ll take to ship.. each time I’ve ordered from Adept, I’ve gotten my order way sooner than they’d originated.

I only have the Plain Jane Remastered palette but really want the Heather Austin one as well as this! i love their formula! it's my only multi chrome palette too. I buy discontinued palettes on Mercari but I've noticed indie brands sell for much higher whether they're still available or not which is weird since I don't know why palettes still for sale from the brand directly are usually twenty or more dollars cheaper than on Mercari.

They do preorders which usually ship MUCH sooner than the estimated date. I preordered this palette and it was estimated to ship mid feb, and I already have it!

I enjoy the adept palettes I have but idk how I feel about buying more bc they keep discontinuing their products when they're not even that old this palette looks lovely but between that and the months long preorders (they charge you at purchase not at shipment) I just am wary 😅

Hi Millie, I have an off topic question. How long have you had your NYX Glitter Primer? The use by date is 6 months and I'm wondering how long people who use this product keep and use it. I have a few palettes I adore from adept... but this colorstory just didn't wow me... its got nice shimmers but I aint a fan of all the mattes and the color choices all together... I would of picked the darker version though over the lighter... all the looks turned out very pretty

Very frustrating. I ordered Nihidrin from Adept and one shade arrived shattered. They didnt want to replace it and accused me of breaking it bc I didnt email them for 3 days. (Package was accidentally delivered to a neighbor and I couldn't see her for a few days due to conflicting work schedules.) I own 4 palettes from them and paid about $70 each + shipping. I will not be repurchasing from this brand as they seem to be focused on their bottom line rather than replacing ONE broken shade for a long term customer.

Two shades also arrived broken and I pressed them back using alcohol. They did have on their stories that they were giving refunds for broken shades/sending replacement shades to anyone with the issue. I would hope they would make an exception in case the package got misdelievered and that’s why you couldn’t reach out in 3 days.

@@badtothebrow Unfortunately I wasn't able to repress it as it was completely shattered and all over everything. They didn't make an exception. They referred to their policy of 48 hours notice. They pretty much told me (nicely) I was responsible and implied that I damaged it. After being a long-time customer and with such expensive price points, I expected a little better treatment and don't think I will buy from this brand anymore if after spending over $300 and purchasing 4 palettes - they can't replace one shadow that arrived broken. I'm not happy.

It's funny you say that because I was missing a shade and they kept asking for photos? Like how am I supposed to send a photo of NOTHING....I mean eventually I DID, after the 3rd time asking I sent a photo of me holding nothing and asked if that is what they mean. I never got my shade. Luckily it was a 6$ shadow but still sucks.
