There is a piece missing here that may be very important but was not shown. He created a model folder and extended the view object with something called CountryVOEx which is then referenced in the service class. I'm wondering what went into this so called extension as it appears necessary to make the project work.

Thanks for watching, Mike! To go forward, you simply create a new View Object manually in the Facade application. This View Object must *extend* an existing one in the base application. In order to do so, simply click on the « Browse » button you will find at the right of the « Extends » property at the very first step of the Create View Object wizard, then select an appropriate base VO for your new VO.

Hi, How are you converting POJOs to json? I see that there are many 3rd party libraries available, but if you could suggest one, it will be helpful. Thanks for the video, it was helpful. :)
